I’m Nicola Cunningham, a registered Nutritional Therapist who specialises in Disordered Eating Recovery, supporting adults who want to step out of the yo-yo dieting trap for good. With training in nutrition, emotional and binge eating, and behaviour change I help people rebuild trust with food and with themselves.
My approach is grounded in evidence and empathy. Definitely no gimmicks or quick fixes. Just real food, practical tools, and small, consistent shifts that lead to real change. Whether you’re done with calorie counting, comfort eating or navigating life on (or after) GLP-1 medication, we’ll focus on creating habits and mindsets that last long after the initial motivation fades.
