6 session package

Program Promise

This 6 session programme will ensure you feel more confident and in control around food. You’ll learn how to listen to your body, build balanced eating habits, and enjoy meals without stress or guilt.

Phase 1: Awareness
We start by looking at your current habits and how food fits into your day-to-day life. You’ll learn to notice your hunger cues, emotions and thoughts around eating without judgement.

Phase 2: Skills
Next, we get practical. You’ll learn how to put together balanced meals, handle cravings and make choices that feel good both physically and mentally.

Phase 3: Confidence
Finally, we focus on putting everything into practice. You’ll build trust in yourself, feel calmer around all types of food and leave with tools you can use long after the programme ends.

This package can be completed in 6 to 12 weeks.



12 session package

Program Promise
This programme goes deeper, helping you transform your relationship with food so you feel truly confident and in control. When the programme is over, you’ll be able to nourish your body, feel good about your choices and enjoy eating without the stress or second-guessing.

Phase 1: Building the Basics
In the first few weeks, we’ll look at how you eat right now and what’s been getting in the way. You’ll set goals that matter to you and start using simple mindfulness tools to tune in to your thoughts and feelings around food.

Phase 2: Learning New Skills 
Next, we’ll get practical - learning how to build balanced meals, make food choices that actually work for your lifestyle and create habits that last. This phase is all about finding what feels good and realistic for you.

Phase 3: Making It Stick 
In the final weeks, we’ll focus on putting everything into action. You’ll build confidence in your choices, feel more relaxed around all kinds of foods, and see how far you’ve come. By the end, food will feel simpler, more enjoyable, and less like something you have to “get right.”

This package can be completed in 3 to 6 months.
